Read and Write: Why photography is so important.

Photography is a form in being able to express who you are and/or how you feel. Photograph captures moments that will stay with you forever, good or bad. It captures the beauty and wonders of the world and the things in it. A picture can speak many things that maybe a person cant. Photography allows people to see things from a different perspective that they might have not been able to see.

Photography is important to me because it helps me express what I am feeling. I also get to capture moments that may be gone in a blink of an eye. It allows me to capture beautiful things and capture laughter’s. Photography allows you to go back to any image you want and just stare at it. I take pictures of almost everything because I like to go back and look at the good memories that have happened.

Pop-Art

1. Pop-Art is a image/art based on modern popular culture and the mass median, they are places in collages,, the images are brightened and made in different fonts and colors for each.

2.Keith Haring is considered a Pop-Art artist because all his work is bright and it pops out.

3. Almost all of his work he puts yellow in it and I think because yellow it captures your attention. His work has lots of bright colors and has a meaning behind it.

4.His work is really unique, I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. His work is really eye-catching mainly because of how he makes his characters look like they are moving.

HDR Landscape

When shooting this image I had to capture 5 pictures all of them being the same at different exposures. When merging the images it came out to be the “prefect” exposure. It did lose some of its color but I enhanced it. I made the greens greener and the reds redder. The saturation was used the most when I was editing the photo, I would move it to the right and left trying to capture all the colors. The editing on this picture really helped make everything more eye catching and appealing to the eye.
Hdr is to bring out the deepest shadows and the brightest highlights of the image that was captured. It makes the image/photo look surreal.

Capturing the moment

He was lifting weights, he was showing the guy in the back how to do it.
The guy in the back was spotting him so the guy in the front can do it right and not hurt his back.
They were doing the passers.
They were watching the girls do the passers waiting for their turn.
I chose the work of Henri Cartier-Bresson. I chose his work because his work caught my eye the most. His work is really good. He captures the moments in the best time. His timing is really eye-catching . My favorite picture is where the pigeons are flying away as the women is walking up the stairs. The timing in that picture is amazing, him capturing the bird all flying away takes time, skill, and patience.
